"Ive stayed at this hotel twice. Both were relatively long stays (2 weeks, then 3 weeks) and I had a superb experience both times. The staff is extremely helpful and they are happy go out of their way to ensure your comfort. I got sick last time I was here, they sent the on-call doctor in the middle of the night. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Chennai. The ITC Grand Chola has become my home away from home. "

"Very quiet property and very clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast spread was very good. I would recommend taking it as a package as it was only $3 extra at time of booking but you would have to pay Rs.600 at the property ($7.15) if you don’t have it prebooked"

"Second time to return since last year. I was upgraded from a standard room to a better one. The infinity rooftop pool was the main reason i wanted to return, but this year the water was murky and not clear as before. Also in the middle of the day they chose to put chemicals in, with a "Pool not open" sign, so we couldn't get a late morning swim as before. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good however. A bit disappointed. I'll look elsewhere next time I come to Chennai."
