"Excellent Staff"

"A little far out from the main attractions of Soul, but if you want an experience away from the tourists - this is your place. Staff were friendly but do not speak English. If your adventurous this is certainly for you."

"The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these."

"Hotel has a transport service for Everland, and as this was the reason we stayed here, that was perfect. There’s not much public transport close, and the streets are very hard to navigate with a large suitcase. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"Family vacation stay was very comfortable. It was unfortunate not able to use the pool when we want. Front desk said pool is only available by reservation. Hotel room was very clean but it was dusty in some spots. "

"This hotel is within walking distance of two Seoul metro stations, and yet within a park and is surrounded by walking trails and many excellent restaurants.Anyang is a 10 minute taxi ride from the main line between Busan Seoul.i had a small functional room."
