"The property is beautiful in heritage style. The room decoration (in our Royal suite) was in authentic Rajasthani historical them. The breakfast buffet was outstanding in options and variation from day to day (we stayed 3 nights). The servers and staff were outstanding (kudos for KHET-SINGH and TOHANWAR-SINGH). KHET made us feel special. The restaurant needs to install a flood lamp to illuminate the wonderful outfits and dance of the evening performers."

"The staff was most accommodating. We were given rooms on the 4th floor. My mother didn’t like the steps. The hotel moved us to the first floor/ground floor. Awesome rooms. The decor and areas match the pictures. Very soothing and zen environment to sit and enjoy the Jaipur morning and evening. The food was great. We ate there three nights plus breakfast. Excellent spread. The owner lives on the property and keeps an eye on things. His dog putters around the property. "

Enjoyable stay - maintenance issues

"I enjoyed my stay at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location is convenient. There are many pluses. The problem was with maintenance issues. When I checked into the room I found that the toilet was constantly running. I called maintenance and he said that it was fine. Later it did not even flush. The maintenance was called again and I waited for sometime till they fixed the issue. It was fine till the last day when it was constantly running again! Also, the housekeeping was a little sloppy. I would have loved to give it a higher rating because even though I enjoyed my stay, it was frustrating to deal with maintenance issues. "
