The staff was very friendly and kind. The air conditioner in the fist room they assigned us did not work but we were promptly switched to another room.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life. The rooms and bathrooms were huge (my family of 4 stayed in two connected Deluxe rooms) and more than adequate. Clean, modern, great, convenient location near a metro station, tucked away enough to be quiet from all the bustle, and the breakfast was very nice. The only thing that could have added to the perfection would be having a swimming pool but can't ask for everything in the Old Town Prague. Highly recommended!

Very central to all attractions, supermarket and good choice for dining. Nice room and great choice for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Would recommend this hotel if visiting Prague .

Great place to stay, good value, great breakfast, welcoming prosecco and beer in spa. Great coffee in room. Great staff and clean. Brilliant situation handy for all sights. ONLY downside was we had a room in the eaves 511, which was pretty small but had pretty severely restricted head room so danger banging head if you get up at night. TIPS as others have said public transport is great, really regular and very cheap. Recommend 59 bus then metro green line to Mustak and hotel a minute or so walk. Also 22 or 23 team to castle. Great short break and would use hotel again.
