Excellent location for sightseeing. Convenient and walkable to many sights. Interior of hotel well maintained but can feel the age of the bundling especially when looking from the outside. Mattress is not as comfortable prob due to age. Clean and spotless daily after cleaners come around. Front desk hardly answers phone calls for some reason. When I’m in lobby I dun see them that busy.

What a lovely hotel. Great amenities and a wonderful, professional and helpful staff. It's only a 13 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House and about a 7-8 minute drive to the Sydney Tower. You can also catch the light rail across the street, the ferry, the hop on hop off Big Bus as well as the Metro. Overall, it's the perfect location!

I loved the staff. We arrived early and the staff offered us water from our long flight. They recommended we do the hop on and hop off tour which the departure location was just across the street, and to go to a wonderful restaurant which was wonderful. It was lovely to have the opportunity of waking up to the lovely view of the harbour and opera house. There was access to The Grain, which was lovely for a night cap. The staff from valet parking to check in/out were very professional and accommodating to our needs. A very clean room.

We arrived early from our morning flight and our daughter was sick. Mona whom we approached at the reception desk accommodated us for early check in although the standard check-in time is 3 pm . She also relocated us to a higher floor as per our request in the booking. Her welcome smile and professional skills had gave our family a pleasant and happy stay . This is our 2nd stay at Four Seasons Sydney and we will come back again .

Wonderful hotel. Some of the bathrooms are a little dated, but overall clean and tidy. Convenient location, lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance.
