Very convenient historic hotel in the Centre of the shopping district of Sydney. Nice large sized rooms with twin beds so easily good for a family of 3-4. Breakfast was good but very busy depending on the time of arrivial. Areas of improvement: some of the areas of hotel could have a refresh. In addition, many of the front desk staff / concierge were focused on the Japanese visitors that they get so had a somewhat limited knowledge of the Sydney region and always needed to google the most basic of questions and also did not follow up on requests (our early morning wake-up call for our flights did not happen as an example)

Great stay at the Grace, we stayed here for the Sydney Marathon. Very clean and spacious room. Needs a Nespresso machine :). Staff were friendly and accommodating, they could see we were tired and helped to our room a couple of hours early. Everything is in walking distance, transportation is close by and was handy to make it to the race start. Lots of restaurants/coffee shops nearby. QVB was close by and had a lovely place for breakfast on the main floor with great coffee. The complimentary soft drinks every day were a sweet bonus. Would definitely stay again.

We spent 3 nights for a theatre and museum break. The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable with great duvets and lovely cotton.The free nonalcoholoc drinks are perfect for us, saves carrying some from shops. We streamed programs from my phone via their chromecast. Great restaurants in the vicinity, try Jimmy's Falafel or Esteban.

Rooms and bathrooms were lovely. Main foyer was beautiful. Very disappointed with the enormous amount of noise that comes from the aircon unit in the room. Housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the rooms
