"The royal palace hotel is in a quieter area where you can hear yourself think and surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We were lucky enough to have the deluxe family room which has a huge balcony overlooking the city. Jim is an exceptional manager. Always friendly and helpful. Organised our tours and transfers and we were never disappointed. "

"The Sofitel Hanoi excellent. First, great location in the heart of the historic French quarter, walking distance to most everything. The service, restaurants, rooms, gym were all excellent. Hanoi is amazing, but after a day touring the city, it was so nice to return to the Sofitel... a sense of calm amongst the high-energy whirlwind that is Hanoi."

"The Lotus Boutique was an excellent establishment. They were incredibly helpful with booking the best tours I've been on. We went to Halong Bay and SaPa from Hanoi and even though we only stayed one night at the guesthouse, they arranged for our travel for 4 days, offering to hold our bags and driving us to the airport. The staff was really friendly, always available and extremely helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. I was amazed as how little i paid for such great accommodations and service. Highly Recommended."
