We were lucky enough to have the deluxe family room which has a huge balcony overlooking the city. Jim is an exceptional manager. Always friendly and helpful. Organised our tours and transfers and we were never disappointed. "

"The Lotus Boutique was an excellent establishment. They were incredibly helpful with booking the best tours I've been on. We went to Halong Bay and SaPa from Hanoi and even though we only stayed one night at the guesthouse, they arranged for our travel for 4 days, offering to hold our bags and driving us to the airport. The staff was really friendly, always available and extremely helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. I was amazed as how little i paid for such great accommodations and service. Highly Recommended."

"Great service, they have thought of everything. Location is spot on and easy walk to everything. We had the windowless room which was ok. Very low beds and small room but it did the job. Breakfast would be helpful if the food was labelled but highly recommend this hotel for a great stay and service. I would return :) "
