Booked this hotel for a family break because they had twin rooms available, but were given two double rooms with king sized beds, which, for a teenage boy, sharing with his mother, is not really appropriate. When I checked my booking, the request for twin beds didn't show-so I should have followed this up with the hotel. Room was clean, but nothing special, but a comfortable bed, and a decent bathroom. Some staff not as friendly as one would hope. Good breakfast choices and reasonably priced stay in a good location.

Really can't complain. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you'd expect and want for your stay in London. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I'd absolutely, no question stay here again.

This hotel was very convenient for seeing the sites in London. In fact, it is a short walk to the Tower of London and the Tower of London Bridge. My wife and I were able to jump on the tube and go visit many attractions with ease and convenience. Hotel staff was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the stay was great. The one negative point I would make was that the TV was not a smart TV and only had access to Freeview channels. I was very surprised that a hotel like this in 2024 did not have a TV that had or allowed access to streaming services.
