"Hotel was in an excellent location in Piccadilly, price for the two nights was good. The bedroom pod was nice and glad that I experienced it but I do not think I would go again. I missed a hairdryer, kettle and most of all a window to see what the weather was like in the morning and light done daylight in the room. The hotel purpose of the nature of these rooms is great to a certain manner and very confident, nicely priced and great for travellers but I personally just missed my little luxuries...

"Our stay was amazing we came for my son’s 10th birthday and our room was done up with balloons and petals on bed say10 and a birthday card left for him. I am gluten free and they went above and beyond for me offering to make fresh food gluten free bread and went over everything every morning. The rooms was cleaned everyday nothing was too much trouble. "

"The ability to self cater is great however the price for breakfast is too high. Moroever, when you want breakfast, you sometimes have to wait a long time to get a seating and when you fianlly do, the dining hall is so noisy. Staff have to be frequently reminded to clean the rooms."

"We stayed for two weeks and the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is located a short walk from Paddington Station for easy access to the underground and the city, plus there are many nice restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area. Very good value for money. The Mitre House is an older hotel, so be ready for creaking floors, radiator heater, and a small elevator. We would definitely stay there again."
