"First, the staff was AMAZING! All the way around! My only complaints are, the room was very dated! The bed was not comfortable at all. Did not get a good night’s rest the entire time I was there! It was my 40th bday and I just didn’t enjoy the room. For the price, you’re def paying for the beach! It’s convenient to a lot of things, but the hotel itself, wouldn’t stay again. I’d prob stop by and say hello to the front desks though! Wouldn’t stay again until the rooms improved. Staff, keep doing...

"Great hotel, clean & spacious rooms with really comfortable beds, air-conditioning was amazing, food was fantastic, couldn't fault the fresh breakfast buffet, maids were in every other day, staff were friendly & very helpful. Day of departure was 12 noon check-out, but they provided us with a free room for a shower & change of clothes before we made our way to the airport later that night, all free of charge. "The hotel is great, clean and very well presented, the pool is nice and the spa is excellent. On the downside, table service at the pool bar can be somewhat slow, and I spent many nights waving at the staff to get attention. Secondly, all inclusive terminates at 12pm, so if you are like me and had a transfer at 2, you have to pay for refreshments, despite having paid all inclusive for the day."

"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

"Really nice place to stay in a great location. The apartments are lovely but you can tell room by room which ones have been modernised. Everything was lovely except the bathroom, really old and the showers were awful. Zero pressure and no hot water. Bath takes at least 30 minutes to fill up aswell. Television is absolutely pointless has 2 channels with weak signal and is about 20 years old. Aside this the whole apartment was absolutely lovely and a fantatsic size."

"Stayed here for a week with our 9 year old twin granddaughters. Spacious clean apartment, had all we needed. A bit noisy at night due to bar and music but that did not affect our sleep. Kids play area was small but the girls liked it. The pool got busy, so head down early and you have to book a sunbed so get to the kiosk early. Shirt walk to shops and various restaurants, 30 euros for a taxi to the airport and same for Siam park, was a bit far down for Siam park tbh, as taxi 30 euros each way ....
